Return Policy

At Smart Lab, we aim to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:
1. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. 2. Proof of purchase(e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
3. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

Return Process

2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the return address.
3. Carefully pack the product to prevent damage during transit.
4. Ship the product back to us at your own expense.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures and proof of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
